Everything you need to know about FastTime.
No. FastTime works completely offline. No sign-up, no login, no email required.
Everything — fasting logs, weight history, settings — is stored locally on your phone. We never see it.
Go to Settings > Backup & Restore on your old phone and create a backup file. Save it to Google Drive or email it to yourself. On your new phone, install FastTime, download the backup, then go to Settings > Backup & Restore and tap Restore.
Intermittent fasting is generally safe for healthy adults, but it's not suitable for everyone. You should not fast if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, under 18, or have a history of eating disorders. Always consult a doctor before making significant changes to your diet.
FastTime Pro is a one-time purchase that removes all ads, unlocks 4 additional color themes, weight trend charts with log reminders, the ability to create multiple fasting plans, and data backup & restore. It also supports future development of the app.
On the timer screen, tap the "End Fasting" button. You can also edit the start time if you just need to adjust it.
Notifications remind you when your fasting window is about to begin or end. They're optional — the app works fine without them.
As you fast, your body goes through different phases: Anabolic (digestion), Ketosis (fat burning), Autophagy (cellular repair), and Immune Rejuvenation (deep healing). FastTime shows you which stage you're in based on your elapsed fasting time.
Yes. Since everything is stored locally, uninstalling deletes your data. Create a backup first if you want to keep it.
